*Dosage:*
- *Starting Dose:* Take one 3mg tablet daily for 30 days to help your body get used to the medicine.
- *After 30 Days:* If necessary, you can increase to 6mg by taking two tablets daily.
- *Instructions:* Take on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning). If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.
*Important Instructions:*
- Do not split, crush, or chew the tablets. Swallow the whole tablet.
- After 30 minutes, you can eat, drink, or take other oral medicines.
