How do I

place an order?

There are multiple ways of ordering products from Sandra Slimming Solutions:

1. Ordering through the website that you are currently on.

1. Payments options:

Payments: are made via our trusted partner "Paystack"

Manual EFT: payments will also be accepted.

Please note during the checkout process that the option(s) of paystack or manual payements will be listed.

IMPORTANT: Please list the following as your reference if a manual payment is made: "PTA - 'Your Name'"

2. Shipping:

A standard fee of R100.00 will be charged for delivery services used.

The shipping timeline will take up to 2-3 working days.

The delivery team being used will be communicated to you.

Returns

& Refunds

Refunds and returns wll only be accepted if the product is un-opened and in its original packaging. Please note that the refund time-frame may take up to 2-3 working days.
